Chemistry - Ball and Stick Molecule demo

AI created web app rendering a few basic molecules

A friend saw the demo of a cube made of grids of 3D balls and made a comment about chemistry.

That got me thinking, I wonder if AI could replicate what I had to do with the classic 'ball and stick' kit.

Qwen* couldn't get it right with the bonds and connecting the atoms.

Grok - well, that was interesting. It kept doing the bare minimum, and required "re-prompting" to make it better. Example, it did get the atomic structure right, but needed to be prompted to correctly model the bonds between the atoms. The same went with the UX - it took a few prompts to get it to do what Z 'assumed' was a good starting point.

Z appears to have gotten it right the first try - I just prompted it to add more molecules to the app.
